Our route planning system can take into account pickups and drop-offs with their time windows so you could serve customers with both pickups and drop-offs on the same route with a proper indication to the driver and operator about the type of task that needs to be done.
We also allow deliveries with returns and COD (Cash on Delivery) where the driver has to collect money or documents from the customer.
The driver application allows scanning of collections, deliveries, entry into the collection warehouse and exit to the warehouse for delivery.
The scans give full control over the process of picking up and shipping the deliveries and gives precision and control regarding the work of the drivers while being fully transparent with the customers
